When assessing this situation, we need to keep two things in mind:
1. The history of what Europeans and the USA did to Africa (starting with the slave trade), and
2. The basic premise behind US-sponsored "development" as it was revealed by John Perkins in his book Confessions of an Economic Hit Man.
Although the above Infowars report portrays China as a horrible boogeyman, they're no worse than anyone else who has plundered Africa. In fact, if you compare them to people like King Leopold II of Belgium, they're downright benign.
