Mind-reading in rats?

I'm not sure this makes me happy or not:

Once we can read each other's minds, it's game over. We're either going to finally learn to get along, or we'll kill each other.

The US government is a narco-terrorist organization

So says author Julien Mercille in his book Cruel Harvest:

I have always felt that Professor Alfred McCoy (author of The Politics of Heroin) left many dots unconnected, perhaps due to a lack of proof or because he didn't want to suffer the fate of Gary Webb (author of the newspaper series "Dark Alliance"). I really don't know.

Whatever the case, the facts on the ground suggest that America does not want to stop the drug trade. The powers that be merely want to ensure that the right palms are greased, that their for-profit prisons are full, and that certain undesirable populations are kept under control.

Of course there will be collateral damage, but when did the ruling class ever worry about that?

Pessimists live longer

Aha !!! I knew there was an upside to doom and gloom:

All the President's thugs

More on threats from the White House:

Did you catch the subtle allusion to Hitler in the second article?

What's next? Will they "disappear" the reporters they don't like? Declare them "enemy combatants" and kill them?

Don't be surprised if it comes to that. After all, most of you not only refuse to learn from history, you pretend that it doesn't even exist.

Clever lad from Kenya

Excellent idea !!!

On the other hand, the lions will still die ... from starvation rather than shooting.

But I'm sure they won't mind being tricked by humans again. It's that "survival of the fittest" thing: works every time.

Until the "fittest" creature kills all the others and has nothing left to eat. Then it dies, too.

The ultimate survival of the fittest requires cooperation, not competition. Long-term survival requires a balanced, diverse ecosystem, something that existing human competitive practices do not permit.

So, who's clever now? Lions will never invent flashing lights, but they don't kill all their food supply, either.

You can read about evolution by cooperation @

Threatening a reporter?

Is Obama ad-Dajjal now threatening Bob Woodward?

How many times do I have to tell you he's crazy before you believe me? This man is a heartless killer whose past is poorly understood. And we have given him the unchallenged power to kill anyone he wants for any reason he chooses, or for no reason at all.

Would Congress please rein him in before he completely destroys the republic? Please?

A moment of clarity

A comparison of Iceland to the US:

Iceland won, we lost. Why? As John Kerry said, "You have a right to be stupid." And he has a right to be rich.

Hail to the Chief

Hail to thee, Obama ad-Dajjal:

Hell, why do we even need a Congress? Just let Obama ad-Dajjal do what he wants.

Fourth Reich, here we come!

Good militia vs. bad militia

As always, a good article by Glenn Greenwald:

Why is is that US sponsored militias that torture and kill innocent people in Afghanistan are "good", while Constitutionally mandated militias exercising their Second Amendment rights in America are "bad"?

Mr. and Mrs. America, you are a pack of hypocritical liars. Top to bottom, start to finish.

A crazy man is running the country

Like I said twice on 2/22/2013, a crazy man is in charge (if you can call it that), and Bob Woodward seems to agree with me:

Dear Mr. Cry-Baby-In-Chief, the budget sequester is the law of the land. I know you don't enjoy enforcing the law (the only essential part of your job), but that's chiefly because you watch too many movies and surf too many social websites and think you're more important than you really are. Read the Constitution, or better yet have someone explain it to you ... and then GET BACK TO WORK.

Send them to Mars, please!

This is cool: the rich will be flying to Mars !!!

Perhaps when they all escape to other planets they'll finally leave us alone.

On the other hand there's the Moonraker (James Bond) scenario, which considering the gravity well in which we all live is much more likely (i.e., the rich kill the rest of us to create an earthly paradise for themselves).

By the way, this reminds me of the "bottomless pit" mentioned in the Book of Revelation (20:3). When Satan, the Antichrist, the false prophet, and all their followers are locked into the bottomless pit, will they be able  to look out and see (but not touch or escape to) the rest of the universe? If that's the situation in which our planetary gravity well has us trapped, doesn't that imply that the Battle of Armageddon has already happened and that we are the ones locked into the pit?

Since Satan is such a good deceiver, how would we know?

The Hagel snow job

We've all heard about Senator Hagel and his bid to become "Secretary of Defense" (sic):

My take is this: it's another lame attempt to make it appear that Netan-Yahoo and Obama ad-Dajjal are somehow NOT conspiring to attack Iran.

Make no mistake, somehow war with Iran will "break out" for the good of the world. Congress be damned, the American people be damned, and damn the consequences.

The only real questions asked will be whether the C-in-C will be on the golf course or in the War Room when it starts; what Michelle will be wearing; and whether Bo the neutered dog had a bowel movement that morning.

And another civilization will be destroyed.

But that's ok, we'll still have YouTube.

Rotten to the core

Here is a long article about Barrett Brown:

I don't know Mr. Brown, nor do I understand what he has done or what he wanted to do.

But the more I read of stuff like this, the more I can see that the American system is rotten to the core. The true power lies in the relationships between banks, corporations, and so-called public officials who are willing to do anything and everything to cultivate and maintain their power.

Their (the ruling class) attitude seems to have two basic parts - (1) "fuck the people" and (2) "you can't do anything to stop us."

And in a way I agree with them: we no longer have the tools to stop them. Every day they get stronger, while we get weaker. If anyone has a plan to get us out of this mess, I would like to hear it. But beware: if it would actually work, that would make you an enemy of the state ... and we know what happens to them.

On whose authority? (again)

So Obama ad-Dajjal wants to attack Iran?

Do you think he'll inform the Congress of the United States, or just his friends in Israel?

All the above should be impeached, arrested, and tried as war criminals. But you're all buying the lies about Iran, so that will never happen.

Don't you remember the lies about Iraq? They're the SAME LIES. All they did was change one letter: from "q" to "n".

Hmmmm ... maybe John Kerry was right after all.

You have a right to be stupid

So, this is what John Kerry thinks about the United States. What a great ambassador he is !!!

Keep bitterly clinging to your guns and religion. You're gonna need them.

Ruling class propaganda

Please compare this article to my 2/22/2013 and 2/25/2013 blog posts ("A crazy man is manipulating the press" and "The puppet master, again"):

Clearly the so-called MSM is manipulating public opinion and manufacturing consent. I suppose it has always been that way, but the tools available to them today are much more effective than the ones available in 1776 or in 1936.

And why do we still call them the MSM (main-stream media)? They are the corporate owned and controlled media that, as the article suggests, have become bone fide organs of state propaganda.

At best, they entertain. On average, they propagandize. At worst, they help elect people like Obama ad-Dajjal.

Now that women can serve in combat, they can also be drafted:

I don't think too many women will be signing up to serve in Afghanistan to get their legs blown off; but you never know. A more likely scenario is that Uncle Sam the Snoop just wanted to get all their names and phone numbers to make it easier to spy on them, too.

The puppet master, again

What is described in this story is an extension of what I discussed in my 2/22/2013 blog post "A crazy man is manipulating the press":

The synergistic relationship between "your" government, Hollywood, and the MSM is extremely unwise and unhealthy. It's the propaganda machine of Nazi Germany on steroids, pervasive and inescapable.

We all need a "reality" that is not fed to us by people who are not puppets of global banksters and corporate thugs.

See the following link for a similar point of view:

Using in-uniform military personnel to shill for Hollywood is pretty sick!

The dictatorial Presidency

Q: Which US President said the following?

If this were a dictatorship, it would be a heck of a lot easier, just so long as I'm the dictator.

A: George W. Bush said it; both he and Obama ad-Dajjal have acted as if it were true.

Q: Who let that happen?

A: A government "of, by, and for the people"; i.e., you and I. We didn't just let it happen, some of us demanded it.

The invasion of Africa

Here's a recent article by John Pilger on what the US is doing in Africa:

There are no US "national security interests" in Africa, only wealth to be stolen.

Lance Armstrong vs. Obama ad-Dajjal

By now most of you have heard of the sins of Lance Armstrong, how he cheated and how he lied. Clearly he is no longer considered to be a good role model.

But in all fairness we should compare him to the world's most important role model, Obama ad-Dajjal, who has done and continues to do the following:

  • He muddied the true circumstances of his birth so that no one could tell for certain whether or not he is eligible for the office he holds.
  • When it was convenient for him to be called "Kenyan-born" or "a citizen of Indonesia" he did so, but when it was necessary for him to be called a "natural-born citizen of the United States" he switched sides.
  • He apparently uses a Social Security number that belongs to someone else.
  • He kills people, including children and goat herders in far-off lands because he thinks they are our enemies, and then he conceals the circumstances of and the reasons for their deaths in the name of "national security".
  • He relentlessly pursues and vigorously prosecutes whistle blowers whose only real crime is to tell the truth to the American people about what fakirs like Obama ad-Dajjal are doing in secret.
  • He seals up and hides any and all documentation which would allow we the people to decide these matter for ourselves.

You may think it's fair and necessary to crap on Lance Armstrong, and perhaps it is, but I'm not going to join you until the biggest liar in the world, your "President" Obama ad-Dajjal, finally comes clean and tells us all his inconvenient truths too.

Intelligence Professionals vs. John Brennan

Reprinted in its entirety from

MEMORANDUM FOR: Senator Dianne Feinstein, Chair, Senate Select Committee on Intelligence

FROM: Veteran Intelligence Professionals for Sanity

SUBJECT: Due Diligence on John Brennan

We write to urge you to ensure due diligence regarding John Brennan’s fitness to become CIA director before you make the next-to-the-worst mistake of your tenure on the Senate Intelligence Committee by endorsing Brennan. Your worst – perhaps you will now agree – was your vote to authorize war on Iraq.

With your vote in October 2002 on Iraq, you oddly parted company with most of your Democratic colleagues on the committee, including chairman Bob Graham. They saw through the flimsy intelligence. After a five-year committee investigation was completed in 2008, then-chairman Jay Rockefeller concluded:

“In making the case for war, the administration repeatedly presented intelligence as fact when in reality it was unsubstantiated, contradicted, or even non-existent. As a result, the American people were led to believe that the threat from Iraq was much greater than actually existed.”

Brennan Now Taking Aim at Iran?
This recent history is highly relevant because, at the time, John Brennan had a ringside seat for this unconscionable charade as it was being acted out (more on that below).  Of still more importance are recent signs that Mr. Brennan intends to ape his discredited mentor, former CIA Director George Tenet, by slanting intelligence to “justify” an even more catastrophic attack – this time, on Iran.

How else to explain why Brennan, in his prepared testimony to your committee on February 7, departed sharply from the longstanding position of U.S. intelligence on Iran’s nuclear program. He said:
“And regimes in Tehran and Pyongyang remain bent on pursuing nuclear weapons and intercontinental ballistic missile delivery systems.”

Whatever grounds there may be for suspicion that Iran might be seeking a capability that eventually would allow it to rapidly break out of Nonproliferation Treaty (NPT) constraints on building a nuclear weapon, there is even less evidence that Iran is seeking an ICBM capability. Iran has never flight-tested a ballistic missile with ranges in excess of its 2200-kilometer range Sajjil MRBM. Nor has it launched a space rocket that would be a suitable model for an ICBM.

Conflating Iran and North Korea, as Brennan does, seems too clever by half. The Islamic Republic of Iran, as a non-nuclear-weapons member of the NPT, not only denies any intent to pursue nuclear weapons, but also declares such an intent immoral. In contrast, North Korea withdrew from the NPT after President George W. Bush labeled it one of the three points on an “axis of evil” (together with Iraq and Iran). Pyongyang declares a nuclear weapons capability against the United States essential to deter the kind of attack inflicted on Iraq.

These issues have been on the front burner for years. Brennan’s statement is one of several that raise serious doubt regarding his suitability to head the CIA. It can be no secret to you and your committee colleagues that his statement deviates sharply from the unanimous, “high-confidence” judgment of all 16 intelligence agencies that Iran stopped working on nuclear weaponization at the end of 2003 and has not resumed that work. That key intelligence judgment, reached in 2007, has been revalidated by U.S. intelligence and reaffirmed by the Director of National Intelligence in sworn testimony before your committee every year since.

Fraudulent, Not Flimsy
“Fraudulent” is the inescapably appropriate adjective to describe the pre-Iraq-war intelligence conjured up by those (first and foremost George Tenet) who did the bidding of George Bush and Tony Blair. Former CIA colleagues who served under Brennan before and during the Iraq war tell us that, since he was such a close confidant of Tenet, Brennan almost certainly knew chapter and verse about the deliberate corruption of the intelligence on Iraq. And yet, we have no indication that you have investigated whether Brennan was part of that fateful conspiracy.

British documents leaked in 2005 – acknowledged as authentic by the UK government – detailed the hoax being prepared to “justify” war on Iraq. In a July 23, 2002 briefing to British Prime Minister Tony Blair, the head of British intelligence reported that then-CIA Director George Tenet had told him at CIA headquarters three days earlier that “the intelligence and facts were being fixed around the policy” for war on Iraq.

In the Loop vs. In the Chain

It is not too late for you to look into what role John Brennan played in these key events. Was he, for example, one of the small circle of senior CIA officials who met with the head of British intelligence on July 20, 2002? We don’t know the answer to that, but you might be able to find out if you ask. From our experience with such meetings, it seems likely that either Brennan or his boss A. B. “Buzzy” Krongard would have been among those taking part. You could ask each of them. You should be able to expect straight answers.

Whether Brennan was in the loop for the lies on Iraq is not an idle question, impinging as it does on his integrity. And yes, integrity matters. It matters a great deal. Why not instruct your staff to determine how many fraudulent-intelligence-related memos Brennan received, just as they did in identifying at least 50 torture-related memos that show him to have been “in the loop” on that sensitive subject.

We strongly encourage you not to acquiesce again in the lame in-the-loop-but-not-in-the-chain-of-command alibi Brennan used on February 7, in answering questions regarding his contemporaneous knowledge of CIA waterboarding and other abuses, and what he did or did not do with that knowledge. Presumably, with your long tenure on the Intelligence Committee, you are thoroughly familiar with the guarded way in which very sensitive intelligence-related information is handled – first and foremost, the basic principle of “need-to-know.”

Brennan was kept informed of the torture because Tenet wanted him to be – that is, in Tenet’s view, Brennan had a need to know. That is why, as Sen. Saxby Chambliss pointed out, Brennan was “cc-ed” on “a minimum of 50 memos” dealing with waterboarding and other controversial interrogation techniques. Chambliss noted that Brennan’s boss, A. B. “Buzzy” Krongard, told the Wall Street Journal that Brennan had a role in setting the parameters of the program and “helping to seek Justice Department approval for the techniques.”

This is a far cry from what Brennan admitted to – namely, just having had “awareness that the agency was being asked to do this [and] was going forward on it. … [and having] visibility into some of the activities there.” Again, on the basis of the fundamental principle of need-to-know, Brennan would have had zero “visibility” into the highly sensitive torture program, were Tenet not to have wanted him to be involved – or, at least, kept informed about it.

If CIA officials wrote memos on the sensitive issue of torture, it seems altogether possible that they wrote memos about warping intelligence, too, while restricting dissemination to those with a need-to-know. You may wish to try to get ahold of any such memos, in order to determine if either the “loop” or the “chain” included Brennan.

There is Still Time
By no means were you the only Congressperson to fall for what Lawrence Wilkerson, Colin Powell’s chief of staff at the State Department, has branded the “hoax” on Iraq. But you are now chair of the Senate Intelligence Committee. Would it be asking too much to request that you take greater pains to exercise due diligence, this time around, regarding those playing fast and loose with key intelligence judgments that can lead to war?

First, please find out what evidence John Brennan is relying upon for his assertion that Iran is “bent on pursuing nuclear weapons and intercontinental ballistic missile delivery systems.” Does he know something others should know? Or are we beginning to see the makings of another consequential hoax?

Second, please look closely into the role Brennan played at his mentor’s side, as George Tenet corrupted the intelligence process to service White House lust for war on Iraq. See what you can find out. If it turns out that those conjuring up “uncorroborated, contradicted, or even non-existent” intelligence kept Brennan in the loop (as the torture aficionados did), the fact that Brennan did not blow the whistle is enough, in our view, to remove him from consideration as CIA director.

Drones and Dead Civilians
You began Brennan’s confirmation hearing by stating that the number of civilian deaths caused by US drone strikes each year has “typically been in the single digits.”

This brought to mind the extraordinary public claim Mr. Brennan made on June 29, 2011, that “nearly for the past year there hasn’t been a single collateral death” as a result of CIA drone strikes in Pakistan.

Could Brennan have forgotten the widely reported drone strike just three months earlier (on March 17) that killed 42 Pakistanis, most of them civilians? Could he have forgotten the strong protest that the Pakistani government lodged decrying those killings in the town of Datta Khel?

Just two days ago (February 20), Sen. Lindsey Graham publicly put at 4,700 the total number of those killed by U.S. drone strikes in the past decade. This is the first time a United States official has provided a casualty figure for U.S. drone attacks. Interestingly, Graham’s estimate is very close to the high side of the estimated range given by the UK-based Bureau for Investigative Journalism for “total reported killed” in Pakistan, Yemen, and Somalia: 4,756.

What does John Brennan say about these inconsistencies? Have you checked back with those who told you the annual kill-rate for civilians has “typically been in the single digits?” We suggest that you ask Mr. Brennan to try to resolve these discrepancies before your committee takes further action on his nomination.

Who are the monsters?

Apparently many of our returning troops see themselves as "monsters" for what they have done:

Unfortunately, the real monsters (Obama ad-Dajjal and his minions) don't have this problem.

Military suicides are up; and so are Presidential vacations and expensive golf outings.

On whose authority?

On whose authority does Obama ad-Dajjal continue to send troops and drones to Africa?

We are not at war with anyone there, are we? What is his Constitutional authority for this type of action?

US Constitution Article II, Section 2
The President shall be Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy of the United States, and of the Militia of the several States, when called into the actual Service of the United States; he may require the Opinion, in writing, of the principal Officer in each of the executive Departments, upon any Subject relating to the Duties of their respective Offices, and he shall have Power to grant Reprieves and Pardons for Offences against the United States, except in Cases of Impeachment.
He shall have Power, by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, to make Treaties, provided two thirds of the Senators present concur; and he shall nominate, and by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, shall appoint Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls, Judges of the supreme Court, and all other Officers of the United States, whose Appointments are not herein otherwise provided for, and which shall be established by Law: but the Congress may by Law vest the Appointment of such inferior Officers, as they think proper, in the President alone, in the Courts of Law, or in the Heads of Departments.
The President shall have Power to fill up all Vacancies that may happen during the Recess of the Senate, by granting Commissions which shall expire at the End of their next Session.

US Constitution Article II, Section 3
He shall from time to time give to the Congress Information of the State of the Union, and recommend to their Consideration such Measures as he shall judge necessary and expedient; he may, on extraordinary Occasions, convene both Houses, or either of them, and in Case of Disagreement between them, with Respect to the Time of Adjournment, he may adjourn them to such Time as he shall think proper; he shall receive Ambassadors and other public Ministers; he shall take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed, and shall Commission all the Officers of the United States.

These troops and drones are deployed in the service of Obama ad-Dajjal and NOT "in the actual Service of the United States" unless so authorized by Congress. What is the Congressional authority for this deployment? The War Powers Act? Then where is the War Powers Notification, and how could it POSSIBLY justify these deployments?

Recall these troops and drones, and IMPEACH Obama ad-Dajjal !!!

Update: See the World Socialist Web Site for a discussion of this issue @

Nuclear insanity

Saw this story and thought I would share it with you:

A few more nuclear gems:

  • Ever since the US decided not to build a new tritium production reactor in South Carolina, tritium for nuclear bombs has been produced (legally) in "civilian" power reactors. The nuke power plant in your backyard may also be a bomb factory.
  • The federal government has given loan guarantees for two new nuke power plants in NE Georgia. Coincidentally (?) the DOE's Savannah River Site (where the tritium for bombs can be extracted from irradiated nuclear targets) is right across the river from the proposed new plants. How convenient!
  • The state of Texas recently approved a low-level radioactive waste storage site in west Texas. Right across the border in New Mexico is a uranium enrichment plant. Looks like the area could become a one-stop shopping area for nuke fuel and material for DU munitions, plus become the nation's trash can for nuclear waste. Way to go, Texas! By the time the ultimate impact of rampant methane fracking and nuclear waste "disposal" is felt, large parts of Texas could become an uninhabitable wasteland.
  • Studies done on the debris left from the "battles" (i.e., massacres) in Fallujah, Iraq suggest that the DU munitions that were used by the US were not "depleted" after all but were enhanced with fission products. Who made these radiological weapons, and who authorized their use?

Although Obama ad-Dajjal may trick you into thinking that the US is pro-disarmament, the reality is that America needs and wants usable nuclear bombs and radiological weapons and has and will continue to spend vast sums of money to get them. In addition to wasting money, the production and use of these weapons will poison parts of our planet for eons to come.

Since Obama ad-Dajjal seems to believe that "war is peace", one could say that he has restarted the "Atoms for Peace" program. Who'da thunk that someday he would channel Dwight Eisenhower?

Disarm the government

Here's a cool idea - don't sell guns and ammo to the government if the people cannot buy it:

We are after all (in theory) the source of the government's powers. We the people can withhold those powers if we so choose.

Unfortunately Obama ad-Dajjal has the power (in reality) to seize these companies, so the plan may not work.

We'll see.

Abraham Lincoln said something interesting in his first Inaugural Address. Keep in mind that he said this knowing the country was about to break up:

This country, with its institutions, belongs to the people who inhabit it. Whenever they shall grow weary of the existing Government, they can exercise their constitutional right of amending it or their revolutionary right to dismember or overthrow it.

Do you think Obama ad-Dajjal (who pretends to be Lincoln when it suits him) would allow this, or would he shoot you dead for exercising your rights?

I think you already know the answer to that question.

A crazy man is manipulating the press

Here is an insighful article about Obama ad-Dajjal:

The more I read about this person, the more like Hitler he reveals himself to be. Government manipulation of the press is the wrong road to go down, at least for the United States.

A crazy man is destroying the US economy

Here's the latest about Obama ad-Dajjal's crusade to destroy the US economy:

Please read this article and then compare it to what I said in my 2/10/2013 blog post "Carbon taxed to death". More destruction is on the way, by gum.

These unilateral actions by Obama ad-Dajjal will guarantee that no more coal plants will be built in the US. The theory (and that's all it is, a theory) is that electric rates will eventually increase high enough so that renewable energy sources will then be competitive. In the meantime, what remains of our economy will be gutted and eventually destroyed.

It's always be easier to destroy than to rebuild. Solyndra is a good example of that. Even if the theory mentioned above were to prove correct, there will be no capital available to rebuild the replacement system on the scale necessary to power the entire country. The ruling class will have their own generators, while you and I will not.

You poor saps don't have a clue about what's going to happen, do you?

Murder is an impeachable offense

This essay raises a good question:

What Obama ad-Dajjal and "your" government are engaged in is murder, not war.

Murder, not war.

Maybe this will help your understanding:

"Banality of evil" is a phrase used by Hannah Arendt in the title of her 1963 work Eichmann in Jerusalem: A Report on the Banality of Evil. Her thesis is that the great evils in history generally, and the Holocaust in particular, were not executed by fanatics or sociopaths, but by ordinary people who accepted the premises of their state and therefore participated with the view that their actions were normal.

Explaining this phenomenon, Edward S. Herman has emphasized the importance of "normalizing the unthinkable." According to him, "doing terrible things in an organized and systematic way rests on 'normalization.' This is the process whereby ugly, degrading, murderous, and unspeakable acts become routine and are accepted as 'the way things are done.'" (from Wikipedia)

First George W. Bush, then Obama ad-Dajjal ... both Presidents inducted you into the banality of evil. Others helped, but they were the key actors.

And you enjoy it, don't you. Just like the Germans did.

"Just following orders" is not an acceptable excuse. "I didn't know" is a lie.

Wake up and start acting like responsible human beings. Impeach these murderers and put them on trial for their crimes, or like the Germans you may find yourself in their sights some day.

These are our friends?

Here is a must-read article about our "friends" in the Middle East:

Can we possibly sink any lower than this? I'm sure we can.

Break their bones ... did God tell them to do that?

Rahm bombs

Would you vote for this man?

Before you do, please read The Plan: Big Ideas for America by Rahm Emanuel and Bruce Reed.

This is not an endorsement of the book, but a warning.

By the way, I'm not voting for anyone. Especially not someone with a "plan". The people know what they want and need, and they don't need a Rahm Emanuel in their lives. If you disagree with me, ask the people of Chicago what they think. Not the banksters, the mafia, or the city and corporate "leaders" ... ask the people. By now they should have an inkling of who he really is.

Tupac's words of wisdom

Sounds good to me!

Defense cuts are no big deal

I have reposted this in its entirety from so you can assess for yourselves whether or not the sequester is a big deal. My assessment is that Obama ad-Dajjal is a cry-baby idiot completely unfit to be President. What's yours?

How Are We Supposed to Rule the World With One Less Warship in the Persian Gulf!?
Posted By John Glaser On February 21, 2013 @ 11:17 am In News | No Comments

Congressman Mike Coffman, Republican from Colorado, has made public [1] a broad plan for where exactly to make the approximately $500 billion in cuts mandated by the sequestration deal. You know, the cuts that almost every notable official in the White House, Pentagon, and Congress claims are too drastic and would be devastating to US national security. Coffman, no dove, makes targeting areas of waste look easy:
1. $150 billion. Require annual reductions in defense spending by the Department of Defense through reducing programs and activities which do not contribute significantly to military capability, allowing leaders of Defense to use their expertise to combat wasteful earmarks and respond to changing environments.
2. $100 billion. Adopt “sea swap” policies for cruisers, destroyers, and amphibious ships by flying crews out to ships instead of changing crews at home ports.
3. $53 billion. Use local civilian contractors instead of military personnel to perform commercial-type activities at military bases.
4. $52.5 billion. Shift Army and Marine Corps troops to Reserves, preserving ground combat strength but returning active duty forces to pre-9/11 levels.
5. $52 billion. Reduce spending for the Pentagon’s “Other Procurement,” which covers non-major equipment replacement. Our overseas deployments are ramping down, and everyday equipment will last longer now than in wartime.
6. $36.7 billion. Cut the number of Department of Defense civilian bureaucrat positions through attrition.
7. $20 billion. Cut U.S. troops stationed in Europe.
8. $15 billion. Cut the number of consultants and contractors at headquarters.
9. $9 billion. Cap experimental fuel procurement.
10. $7.1 billion. Consolidate the management of retail stores on military bases.
11. $7 billion. Postpone procurement of the Army’s Ground Combat Vehicle.
12. $4.6 billion. Unify the military medical system.
13. $3 billion. Delay refurbishment of the Abrams tank.
14. $1.8 billion. Spend less on military bands.
15. $800 million. Reduce the top-heavy number of Pentagon generals and admirals.
“All that would make for $512.5 billion saved over 10 years,” Coffman writes.

Most of the defense budget buys exorbitantly priced weapons systems that are obsolete [2] in the type of 21st century warfare that Washington expects to wage. They want ‘em just to keep defense corporations filthy rich and to continue to be able to “project power” around the world.

Still, we have President Obama saying just yesterday [3] that “the threat of these cuts has forced the Navy to delay an aircraft carrier that was supposed to deploy to the Persian Gulf.”
Aw, poor aircraft carrier! How are we supposed to rule the world with one less aircraft carrier intimidating Iran [4] in the Persian Gulf!?

As Gopal Ratnam reports [5] at Bloomberg News, “the defense budget contains hundreds of billions of dollars for new generations of aircraft carriers and stealth fighters, tanks that even the Army says it doesn’t need and combat vehicles too heavy to maneuver in desert sands or cross most bridges in Asia, Africa or the Middle East.”

And yet our overlords in Washington say nothing can be cut.

Rush is right

What's happening here, folks, is we are being played for fools and being suckered -- suckered into supporting the never-ending expansion of government, the wholesale destruction of the private economy. Everybody who joins in this debate under the premise that Obama [ad-Dajjal] puts forth, as well as debating the politics of this nonsense, is just being used to cover up what's actually going on.
-Rush Limbaugh

I intensely dislike Rush Limbaugh, but he is right on this one. We are being played for the fools we are.

Who the hell elected this jackass known as Obama ad-Dajjal?

The stock exchange is dead

Best quote I saw today was:

The cash equities business in America has effectively been obliterated.

You can read the rest @

In other words, the New York Stock Exchange is dead, and the corpse has been sold to some Europeans.

What's the problem with that? That's where "your" retirement funds were "invested". Where did "your" money go? Same place everything else went: stolen by the ruling class. You didn't earn it, they did.

And you did nothing to stop them.

And now Congress wants to toss the so-called Social Security Trust Fund to the same wolves.

And you will do nothing to stop them.

A fool and his money are soon parted.
-early English proverb

Sad, but true.

Occupy everything!

This essay is on the right track, but it does not go far enough:

It will not be enough to "occupy the commons". It will eventually be necessary to abolish private property. If we do not, the rich will eventually get "our" government to enact laws requiring the "removal" of persons who own no property. Come to think of it, they do this already; armed drones will make it so much easier.

Imagine no possessions
I wonder if you can
No need for greed or hunger
A brotherhood of man
Imagine all the people sharing all the world

You, you may say
I'm a dreamer, but I'm not the only one
I hope some day you'll join us
And the world will live as one
-John Lennon

Reality? We don't need no stinking reality!

I post this link NOT because I agree with its author:

The language he uses should draw your attention to something: in America no one wants to meaningfully address issues of reality:

  • When no one validates a candidate's eligibility for office prior to the election, those who point this out are somehow crazy.
  • When Congress and the President ignores the laws of the land, those who point this out are somehow trouble makers.
  • When any and all plans proposed to solve our problems require that we actually do something other than remain mired in our fantasy world, those who point this out somehow want you to eat cat food.
Fantasyland belongs in a theme park, not in Washington DC.

Do we want to live longer?

At first glance this sounds like a great idea; only the truly suffering actually want to die:

There are over 7 billion of us humans, and our numbers are increasing daily. We're putting an incredible strain on the planetary resources that allow us to survive. If we extend human life for everyone, we'll eventually starve to death.

Big dilemma?

In reality this plan of Mr. Zuckerberg and Mr. Brin will mean that they and the rest of the ruling class and their one percent accomplices will get to live longer, while the ninety-nine percent (that's you and me) will not.

We useless eaters are slated for elimination (for the good of the planet, of course). Malthus, don't forget Malthus.

Now, if Mr. Zuckerberg and Mr. Brin would like to devote their personal wealth to figuring out how to (1) produce more food for the masses; (2) eliminate more waste from the masses, including CO2; and (3) promote the health and diversity of the non-human species of our planet all at the same time, and are successful in that effort, then I will change my mind.

But not until then.

Here are two scenarios I would like you to think about:

  • The fate of the Krell in the movie Forbidden Planet
  • The plot of the Star Trek episode "The Mark of Gideon" (original series)

Both are suggestive of the path that we are following with the assistance of Mr. Zuckerberg and Mr. Brin. Neither has a pleasing outcome.

China's carbon tax

Why do I get the impression that China has their act together, while the US does not?

They have lots of money, so a carbon tax for them makes sense. The US is broke, so (in spite of the lies coming out of Obama ad-Dajjal's mouth) additional taxes on a bankrupt system make no sense at all.

The wages of truth is death

Here's a video of various official and un-official US death threats toward Julian Assange of WikiLeaks:

That's your government, your MSM, and your friends and neighbors: people demanding that the truth be murdered.

If you think hard about what this video says, you'll realize that America HATES the truth, that America FEARS the truth, and that America is willing to KILL to silence the truth.

"We hold these truths to be self-evident" ... until they become inconvenient, and then we kill them.

That's what we have become, and Heaven help us.

Priorities AFU

Let me get this straight:

(1) We're going to lay off the civilian workforce that supports our military,

(2) But we're going to give more weapons to Israel.

How does that enhance our security?

Does the "leadership" of the United States care more about Israel than they do about their own people?

Apparently so.

Is Congress a threat?

This attitude of John Kerry's should tell you what kind of morons are running this country. Just a few days after leaving Congress, he now thinks the Senate is a threat to world peace:

Congress is not a threat. The people's Representatives and the state's Senators ARE THE GOVERNMENT. The Executive Branch is the SERVANT of the Legislative Branch, and the Judicial Branch should keep tabs on both of them.

Obama ad-Dajjal, John Kerry, John Brennan, and Janet Napolitano are the real threats to peace in our world. Congress, please impeach them so they can be replaced by sane, non-traitorous persons (should any be available).

Vile creatures

And THIS person used to be Speaker of the House?

Sadly, she is the perfect Representative for too many Americans.

Here's another example of what's going on in secret:

So, let's not care whom Obama ad-Dajjal is killing or why. Let's not care whom Brennan is killing or why. Let's focus instead on imprisoning and killing whistle blowers who are trying to tell us the truth about what is happening.

America, you are truly fucked ... and you have no one to blame except yourself.

Here are some trends to think about:

  • Governments (including local, state, and the federal govts in the US) are going broke and failing
  • Banks and corporations are hoarding increasing stashes of loot, "borrowed" at 0% interest from "your" Federal Reserve Bank, leaving a debt that YOU (not the banksters) will have to repay
  • Increasing chaos and poverty for the many
  • Increasing order and wealth for the few
  • The militarization of police
  • The creation of private armies
  • People spying on their neighbors
  • Governments spying on their citizens
  • Increasing numbers of battlefield robots and killer drones, some as small as insects

What these are all leading to is a true "prison planet", where the poor (that's you and me) will be warehoused and controlled (for the good of the planet, of course) while the rich run rampant and enjoy life at our expense (after all, they deserve it more than lazy bastards like you and me).

And who is at the forefront of promoting these trends? The remnant of what used to be called the United States of America. NOT Osama bin Laden (or al-Qaeda), but Obama ad-Dajjal (the so-called President of the US) and his minions and accomplices throughout the world.

Doesn't that all seem backward to you, the opposite of what Obama ad-Dajjal and his supplicants in the MSM are telling you?

For a good description of what your country (the so-called United States of America) has been doing, please read the following article:

We (you and I, the United States) are not only on the wrong side of history, we are TOTALLY immersed in a criminally insane system of immorality that is the very OPPOSITE of what we say America stands for. The only people who will mourn our passing will be our co-conspirators, when their own people finally bring them to justice.

BS Detector

If I ever have to do interviews again ...

Ron Paul's warning on drones

Here's the latest news from the last decent Congressional Representative we will ever see:

This is no longer "the United States of America", folks. This is a military dictatorship, and you had better wake up to that fact and do something about it.

Who needs a body person?

What kind of person needs a body woman (e.g., Huma Abedin) or a body man (e.g., Reggie Love)?

It's not like their employers (Hillary and Obama ad-Dajjal) are really busy doing anything of value. It sounds more like something a member of the ruling class/royalty would employ.

America is supposed to be a place where a royal class does not exist. What happened to us? Why do we tolerate such crap?

Monsanto vs. the little guy

Please read this article about Monsanto's suit against a small farmer:

I think the Supreme Court should dismiss the suit and invalidate the corporate charter of Monsanto. But that's just me.

If we let a few seed companies control the world's food supply, we will live to regret it ... and will be hungry to boot.

Nits make lice

As the article says perhaps there is nothing illegal in this, and perhaps everything has been taken care of to the satisfaction of the authorities, but doesn't this photo represent in a nutshell everything wrong that is happening in the Middle East? The "enemy" in this photo is not a "terrorist" per se but an unwanted human being.
