Clearly the so-called MSM is manipulating public opinion and manufacturing consent. I suppose it has always been that way, but the tools available to them today are much more effective than the ones available in 1776 or in 1936.
And why do we still call them the MSM (main-stream media)? They are the corporate owned and controlled media that, as the article suggests, have become bone fide organs of state propaganda.
At best, they entertain. On average, they propagandize. At worst, they help elect people like Obama ad-Dajjal.
