What's going on here (the Brennan "confirmation" hearings)?

Had I been running this hearing, I would have directed the Sargent at Arms to arrest Mr. Brennan and turn him over to the International Criminal Court for trial in The Hague.
Instead, he's likely to be "confirmed" as the next Director of the CIA. What's really being "confirmed" is the President's power to torture or kill anyone he wants without Congressional or judicial oversight. Where is THAT in the Constitution?
A "restless Congress"? What a sick joke. It's more like a brain-dead Congress lacking in compassion of any sort.
A truly dark day for America. How much longer are we the people going to tolerate this shit?
