More about carbon tax

Apparently we're tricking Canada into enacting a carbon tax, too (although I think their leadership is quite aware of what we're doing, wink, wink):

Since the Keystone XL Pipeline will mainly benefit Canada, it would be nice if they paid for the pollution it will cause. On the other hand, if this is just a back door way to eventually carbon tax us too, then screw it.
