As the article says perhaps there is nothing illegal in this, and perhaps everything has been taken care of to the satisfaction of the authorities, but doesn't this photo represent in a nutshell everything wrong that is happening in the Middle East? The "enemy" in this photo is not a "terrorist" per se but an unwanted human being.
