Who Needs Banks In A Cashless World ???

The PM of India allegedly is coercing his nation into becoming a cashless society. You can read about it here:

When this goal is achieved, what will be the purpose of banks?

If there is no cash, we won't need tellers or ATMs.

Banks pay little or no interest, so why bother giving them our money?

And since in general banks haven't given out many loans since the crisis of 2007-2008, we won't need them for that purpose either. We should band together like the Amish do and build each other's houses, eliminating the need to take out a mortgage.

Were DAPL Protesters Sprayed With CW or BW Agents ???

That's the claim being made by this eyewitness:

She described a November 14 incident where helicopters were encircling protesters at night with no lights on. She says from 1:40 to 2:20 am, an aircraft was circling the encampment. Then, at 5:30 am an aircraft was observed that looked like a crop duster: she described 2 hoses under each wing and suspects they were spraying some kind of chemical or bacterial agent on them.

You can read the rest @

By the way, there is persuasive evidence that police "protecting" Bill Clinton used a nerve agent against US citizens in 1999. You can read about it here:

Why are we whining so loudly about CW agents in Syria when our own government is using them against us? Let's get our priorities straight, people.

Is the Pope Betraying Christ ???

That's the claim being made by a senior cardinal in China:

The most senior Chinese Catholic has slammed a potential rapprochement between the Vatican and Beijing, saying it would be “betraying Jesus Christ”, amid a thaw in more than six decades of bitter relations.

Talk of a deal between the two sides has been building for months, with some saying the diplomatic coup for Pope Francis would be resolving the highly controversial issue of allowing China’s Communist government to have a hand in selecting bishops.

But Cardinal Joseph Zen, the 84-year-old former bishop of Hong Kong, has been an outspoken critic, saying any agreement where Beijing would have a hand in approving clergy would be “a surrender”.

"Maybe the pope is a little naive, he doesn’t have the background to know the Communists in China,” Zen said at the Salesian school in Hong Kong where he still teaches. “The pope used to know the persecuted Communists [in Latin America], but he may not know the Communist persecutors who have killed hundreds of thousands.”

Didn't Jesus preach the following?

Ye have heard that it hath been said, Thou shalt love thy neighbour, and hate thine enemy.
But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you;
That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust.
For if ye love them which love you, what reward have ye? do not even the publicans the same?
And if ye salute your brethren only, what do ye more than others? do not even the publicans so?
Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect.
Matthew 5:43-48 KJV

Following this commandment makes the Pope right and the cardinal wrong, doesn't it?

On the other hand, Satan is our chief enemy. Should we pray for him, too? Or would that put us in Satan's camp in the eyes of G-d?

By the way, this Pope is coming under a LOT of criticism from his cardinals. I do not remember seeing anything like this with previous popes in my lifetime.

50 Things About Fidel Castro

Here are 50 "facts" from the life of Fidel Castro:

My favorite take on him comes from the second "Godfather" movie. He forced the Mafia out of Cuba, and what could be wrong with that?

What Trump Means For Investors

Things may not be as bad as they seem. Here's why:

There's 7 things that you should have on your radar if you plan to make some money instead of pontificating on what "should" or "shouldn't" happen. Most people "should" all over themselves. It's counterproductive. Don't do it.

I'm fully aware that the US is due a recession but ...

1. If Trump can pull off the corporate tax cuts (35% down to 15%) this makes the US competitive with places such as Singapore and Hong Kong. Capital will flow back into the US. Dollar goes up and so do equities (not all, though).

2. Protectionism will drive inflation. Dollar goes up.

3. Infrastructure spending ($1 trillion) is inflationary, positive for equities, and scary (very scary) for credit markets.

4. Futures markets are pricing a December Fed hike at over 90%. If so, dollar goes up.

5. Nothing Trump does is going to alter the massive global forces of debt overhang. And guess what currency this debt is priced in ... [dollars.]

6. The Zeitgeist is changing. Fast. Italy on the 4th December. Lega Nord here we come.

7. Speaking of the 4th of December: Just like their scooter-driving neighbours to the South, it's the day Austria vote in "The Freedom party". You heard it here. All of this is EU negative and since it's EU negative it's euro negative, ergo dollar positive. It's the law of negatives. Two negatives make a positive.

You can read the rest @

So, in spite of the lies the MSM have been telling us, Trump may be great for investors.

Why Do Vote Recounts ???

Here is Richard Baehr's opinion:

The recount in Wisconsin, and the coming ones in Michigan and Pennsylvania will not change the outcomes in any of the states. No recount ever changes thousands of votes. I do not think that is the purpose.

The recounts, if done by hand, which can be demanded, may take longer than the last day for completing the official counts in a state and directing Electoral College voters. If all 3 states miss the deadline, Trump is at 260, Hillary at 232.  No one hits 270.

Then this goes to Congress, where the House voting 1 vote per state elects Trump, and Senate selects Pence. This would be first time this happened since 1824, but in that case, John Quincy Adams won in the House, though he had fewer electoral college votes than Andrew Jackson.

If this goes to the US House and Senate, and the result is the same as result from the Electoral College without the recounts, why do it? The answer is to make Trump seem even more illegitimate, that he did not win the popular vote  (he lost by over 2.1 million), he did not win the Electoral College (did not reach 270), and was elected by being inserted into the presidency by members of his own party in Congress.

Source -

Whether this will make him seem illegitimate or not, he still will be the President.

One Paycheck Away From Homelessness

Here is a startling statistic - the majority of New Yorkers are on the verge of homelessness:

More than half of all New Yorkers don't have enough money saved to cover them in the event of a lost job, medical emergency, or other disaster, according to a new report by the Association for Neighborhood & Housing Development.

Nearly 60 percent of New Yorkers lack the emergency savings necessary to cover at least three months' worth of household expenses including food, housing, and rent, but that statistic isn't spread evenly across the five boroughs.

The Bronx has the highest rate of families without adequate emergency savings: in Mott Haven, Melrose, Hunts Point, Longwood, Highbridge, South Concourse, University Heights, Fordham, Belmont, and East Tremont, 75 percent of families have inadequate emergency savings. The Staten Island neighborhoods of Tottenville and Great Kills have the lowest rate, with just 41 percent of families lacking the funds necessary to cover three months' worth of expenses.

Without these savings, families who face emergencies could be at risk of eviction, foreclosure, damaged credit, and even homelessness.

To those of you who say "America already is great", shouldn't "greatness" include economic security for our citizens?

The billionaires who supported Hillary are chiefly responsible for this mess. Do you still want to keep them in charge and put her in the White House?

If you do, you're nuts !!!

Missing Nukes - Iran Vs. US

According to this report, Iran has lost a "nuclear device" and the world is in a tizzy:

Believe it or not, this happens all the time ... just about everywhere.

In the US, for example, the Tennessee Valley Authority has custody of numerous "nuclear devices" which are stored at their power plants. In a former life I read a report they also had lost one. They never could find it, and the investigation into its loss ended with a presumption that it had been buried in a landfill.

Get a grip, people. Neutrons, protons, and gamma rays in Iran ain't the end of the world. The disaster at Fukushima, however, may turn out to be an extinction level event. If you must obsess over something "nuclear", it ought to be that possibility.

Urge your leaders to shift the money being wasted on battling Iran to an international effort to contain the toxic, radioactive underground plume of corium leaking into the Pacific Ocean. It's FAR more dangerous than your leaders' wild fantasies about Iran's nonexistent nuclear bombs.

Dead Zeppelins

Here is a fascinating story about German zeppelins, focusing on their hangar in Brazil:

It's unfortunate they fell under the shadow of the Nazis, because Nazism had little to do with the zeppelin phenomenon. It's also unfortunate that people focus on the fate of the Hindenburg, since other airships like the Graf Zeppelin had long history of safe flight.

No one has ever mastered airships like the Germans did. I doubt we'll ever see their like again.

Was Rudy Giuliani Complicit In 9/11 ???

It's time to reassess the role the mayors of New York played in facilitating the 9/11 cover-up:

Rudy Giuliani is considered a leading candidate for Secretary of State in the Trump Administration. Giuliani is actively campaigning for the position and could be named National Director of Intelligence if his appointment at State falls through. As the public waits to hear the verdict on these matters, a review of Giuliani’s history and qualifications is in order. In particular, his actions on and before 9/11 should be carefully reviewed.

As mayor of New York City on 9/11, Giuliani was in a unique position to benefit from the attacks. That’s because he gained national notoriety for his presumed valiant response that day, and he received the kind of publicity that every ambitious politician desires. Immediately after 9/11, Giuliani’s approval rating rocketed to 79% among New York City voters, a dramatic increase over the 36% rating he had received a year earlier. At a 9/11 memorial service, Oprah Winfrey called him “America’s Mayor.” And on December 24, 2001, TIME magazine named Giuliani its Person of the Year for 2001.

You can read the rest @

The author of this essay, Kevin Ryan, was a materials tester who lost his job after pointing out that jet fuel fires could not possibly have caused the failure of WTC1, WTC2, and WTC7. I agree with him - the "official" explanation of what happened on 9/11 violates the laws of conservation of energy and momentum and is IMPOSSIBLE.

I have problems with two mayors of NYC:

  • Mayor Giuliani told the MSM he was informed the towers would be coming down. Who told him this? And why did he and the rest of us believe it when no steel-framed skyscraper has EVER before or after collapsed due to fire?
  • Mayor Bloomberg implied the destruction of WTC evidence was of no consequence because we could not learn anything from examining it. This is an absurd statement for a former engineer to make.

9/11 WAS an inside job. To deny that is a form of insanity. Giuliani should NEVER be placed in a position of authority again.

Lessons From The Fall Of Rome

In late January of the year 98 AD, after decades of turmoil, instability, inflation, and war, Romans welcomed a prominent solider named Trajan as their new Emperor.

Prior to Trajan, Romans had suffered immeasurably, from the madness of Nero to the ruthless autocracy of Domitian, to the chaos of 68-69 AD when, in the span of twelve months, Rome saw four separate emperors.

Trajan was welcome relief and was generally considered by his contemporaries to be among the finest emperors in Roman history.

Trajan’s successors included Hadrian and Marcus Aurelius, both of whom were also were also reputed as highly effective rulers.

But that was pretty much the end of Rome’s good luck.

The Roman Empire’s enlightened rulers may have been able to make some positive changes and delay the inevitable, but they could not prevent it.

Rome still had far too many systemic problems.

% % % % % % % %

In today’s version of the Roman Empire, the United States, we can see similar circumstances.

The debt level is now rapidly closing in on $20 trillion, well in excess of 100% of GDP.

And even under the government’s most optimistic estimates, this debt is growing at a far more rapid rate than the economy could ever hope to expand.

We can see a central bank that is nearly insolvent.

We can see a commercial banking system that, even in the opinion of its own regulators (most recently the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis), is still at significant risk to succumb to a major crisis.

We can see Civil Asset Forfeiture levels that have increased to astonishing rates.

These trends are pretty obvious, and they have been building for years.

You can read the rest @

Perhaps Trump is our Trajan. As the above essay suggests, we also have far too many systemic problems, and the ability to hide them with lies is rapidly eroding.

"Radical Islam" may be our version of the "Germanic barbarians", but whatever the case I believe we are past our peak. We'll soon know for certain (or perhaps we'll keep lying to ourselves for a few more years).

Will China Defeat The Monroe Doctrine ???

It appears the Silk Road may be coming to the Western Hemisphere:

Wall Street banks and corporations operate with relative impunity in many Latin American countries often leading to persistent poverty. Nicaragua, determined to avoid the pitfalls suffered by her neighbors,is turning to China to help boost the local economy, and the results are promising.

The US has screwed with Central and South America so hard and for so long, it would not surprise me if they all tossed us out some day and fully embraced the BRICS.

Of course, they first would have to expel all the traitors whom the US has bribed so that we could steal their resources. That may not be so easy to do.

But in the long run I do believe that China has the upper hand.

Fidel Castro Is Dead

Like most of my cold war era peers, I used to hate Fidel Castro. It's what we were taught to do.

Now I'm not so sure. Anyone whom The Empire tried to kill more than 600 times can't be all bad.

Will They Drone The Alt-Right ???

As reported by The New York Times, the FBI has partnered with the military in killing so-called ISIS social media experts. You can read about it here:

In the summer of 2015, armed American drones over eastern Syria stalked Junaid Hussain, an influential hacker and recruiter for the Islamic State.

For weeks, Mr. Hussain was careful to keep his young stepson by his side, and the drones held their fire. But late one night, Mr. Hussain left an internet cafe alone, and minutes later a Hellfire missile killed him as he walked between two buildings in Raqqa, Syria, the Islamic State’s de facto capital.

Mr. Hussain, a 21-year-old from Birmingham, England, was a leader of a band of English-speaking computer specialists who had given a far-reaching megaphone to Islamic State propaganda and exhorted online followers to carry out attacks in the West. One by one, American and allied forces have killed the most important of roughly a dozen members of the cell, which the F.B.I. calls “the Legion,” as part of a secretive campaign that has largely silenced a powerful voice that led to a surge of counterterrorism activity across the United States in 2015 as young men and women came under the influence of its propaganda.

You can read the rest @

Many in the US seem to be lumping the alt-right together with ISIS as enemies of "American values". Will they (the alt-right) someday be droned too?

I would not be surprised if it happened. The hatreds unleashed by Obama ad-Dajjal, Hillary, and their ilk are burning hot and may never be extinguished.

The Death Of Money In India

As you may have heard, India has banned the possession and use of large bank notes. The impact of this action has been horrible, and you can read about it here:

A similar ban on US notes larger than $20 has been proposed here, and its impact would be just as disastrous.

Why would any sane person want to do such a thing?

Of Swords And Pens

Here is a worthy poem by David Martin:

The pen may be stronger than the sword
But pens, like guns, can be bought,
And battles of words, like battles with guns,
Can be unfairly fought.

Those who rule know all too well
The power of the word,
And so they ration carefully
The ones that can be heard.

In our land there’s little chance
That virtue will prevail
When “truth” is a consumer good
And words are all for sale.

Will Erdogan Invade The EU ???

President Erdogan of Turkey is theatening to unleash a tidal wave of refugees into the EU. You can read about it here:

To put three million refugees in perspective, when Germany invaded the USSR in 1941 they employed an army of 3.7 million (source - Although Erdogan's "army" of refugees will not be as well trained or heavily armed as were the Germans in 1941, it is likely it will cause considerable damage to the EU.

By the way, this refugee "army" would not exist if it were not for the criminality and stupidity of Obama ad-Dajjal, Hillary, John Kerry, and Samantha Power, none of whom are being held accountable for what they did to Syria.

What's Going On At The Washington Post ???

According to The Washington Post: Drudge Report, Zero Hedge, and Ron Paul are "sophisticated Russian propaganda tools". You can read about this gibberish here:

That is one of the dumbest and most dangerous claims I have ever heard.

You are now getting a glimpse of why Hitler was so successful; i.e., why he was able to "fool" so many "good" Germans. If we start believing this kind of crap, we soon will be hurtling down the same road the Nazis traveled.

And by the way, the US government has at its disposal powerful tools which the Nazis couldn't even dream of. Once we go down that road, there is no coming back.

A Thanksgiving Message From Buffy Sainte-Marie

"My Country 'Tis of Thy People You're Dying"

By Buffy Sainte-Marie

"My point in the song is that the American people haven't been given a fair share at learning the true history of the American Indian. They know neither the state of poverty that the Indians are in now nor how it got to be that way. I try to tell the side of the story that's left out of the history books, that can only be found in the documents, the archives and in the memories of the Indians themselves."

& & & & & & & &

Now that your big eyes have finally opened,
Now that you're wondering how must they feel,
Meaning them that you've chased across America's movie screens.
Now that you're wondering how can it be real
That the ones you've called colorful, noble and proud
In your school propaganda
They starve in their splendor?
You've asked for my comment I simply will render:

My country 'tis of thy people you're dying.

Now that the longhouses breed superstition
You force us to send our toddlers away
To your schools where they're taught to despise their traditions.
You forbid them their languages, then further say
That American history really began
When Columbus set sail out of Europe, then stress
That the nation of leeches that conquered this land
Are the biggest and bravest and boldest and best.
And yet where in your history books is the tale
Of the genocide basic to this country's birth,
Of the preachers who lied, how the Bill of Rights failed,
How a nation of patriots returned to their earth?
And where will it tell of the Liberty Bell
As it rang with a thud
O'er Kinzua mud,
And of brave Uncle Sam in Alaska this year?

My country 'tis of thy people you're dying.

Hear how the bargain was made for the West:
With her shivering children in zero degrees,
Blankets for your land, so the treaties attest,
Oh well, blankets for land is a bargain indeed,
And the blankets were those Uncle Sam had collected
From smallpox-diseased dying soldiers that day.
And the tribes were wiped out and the history books censored,
A hundred years of your statesmen have felt it's better this way.
And yet a few of the conquered have somehow survived,
Their blood runs the redder though genes have paled.
From the Gran Canyon's caverns to craven sad hills
The wounded, the losers, the robbed sing their tale.
From Los Angeles County to upstate New York
The white nation fattens while others grow lean;
Oh the tricked and evicted they know what I mean.

My country 'tis of thy people you're dying.

The past it just crumbled, the future just threatens;
Our life blood shut up in your chemical tanks.
And now here you come, bill of sale in your hands
And surprise in your eyes that we're lacking in thanks
For the blessings of civilization you've brought us,
The lessons you've taught us, the ruin you've wrought us --
Oh see what our trust in America's brought us.

My country 'tis of thy people you're dying.

Now that the pride of the sires receives charity,
Now that we're harmless and safe behind laws,
Now that my life's to be known as your "heritage,"
Now that even the graves have been robbed,
Now that our own chosen way is a novelty --
Hands on our hearts we salute you your victory,
Choke on your blue white and scarlet hypocrisy
Pitying the blindness that you've never seen
That the eagles of war whose wings lent you glory
They were never no more than carrion crows,
Pushed the wrens from their nest, stole their eggs, changed their story;
The mockingbird sings it, it's all that he knows.
"Ah what can I do?" say a powerless few
With a lump in your throat and a tear in your eye --
Can't you see that their poverty's profiting you.

My country 'tis of thy people you're dying.

Israel Is Burning

Is someone setting fire to Israel?

[Israeli PM] Benjamin Netanyahu said at a press conference Thursday that Israel is facing a wave of terror in the form of arsonists setting much of the country ablaze.

"Every fire caused by arson, or incitement to commit arson, is terrorism for all intents and purposes, and we will bring them to justice," he said.

If Bibi's claim is truthful, there is a certain irony here.

Allegedly, Israel intends to implement Operation Samson as a means to punish the rest of the world should there ever be another "holocaust". Could it be that Palestinians, apparently also faced with extermination, are now implementing a low-cost version of Operation Samson directed at their tormentors?

I would not be surprised if this were the case. People do irrational things when faced with certain death.

By the way, I expect a President Trump to pour more gasoline on this particular fire, and as usual it is the Palestinians who will suffer the most from it.

The Young Are Now The Old

Here's another "benefit" of the Internet age:

People in their 20s and 30s are being treated for varicose veins, knee joint problems and other conditions usually associated with old age.

Bad postures and sedentary lifestyles have led to a rise in the number of younger people experiencing complaints such as back pain and [hemorrhoids], according to analysis by Bupa.

If we ever had a real war (not just a drone-based turkey shoot), our weak soldiers would get their asses kicked by the more healthy kids from some "backward" country.

Maybe that's why we're bombing everyone and signing them up for free Facebook - to level the playing field.

It's The DNC Primaries Which Need A Recount

Hillary's peanut gallery is still claiming that she won the popular vote (as if that counts for anything). You can read about it here:

If the truth be told, she appears to have LOST the Democratic primaries and should never have been nominated in the first place.

I have no sympathy for her. In fact, one of the things I am thankful for today is that she may NEVER be our President.

By the way, Obama ad-Dajjal also lost the primaries but got his party's nomination and became President:

Stuff happens. Deal with it.

iPhones Coming Back To US ???

Perhaps you have read that iPhones may be manufactured in the US:

I heard from a reliable source LONG before the 2016 election that their manufacture was being secretly moved back to the US. If that report was true, the change was unrelated to Trump - unless his election was a foregone conclusion two years ago.

Israeli Sub-Terfuge

Bibi's crimes appear to continue unabated:

The Attorney-General's office on Wednesday said that they are planning on opening an investigation into Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu concerning the use of his personal lawyer in brokering a purchase of German submarines for the Navy.

"Following new information that has been received today from the police and in view of other developments in the matter ... the attorney-general has ordered an investigation to be carried out by police concerning various aspects of the affair," the Justice Ministry statement said.

Questions about the purchase of the submarines, which will bring Israel's submarine fleet up to nine, surfaced last week after a Channel 10 claimed that David Shimron worked for the German company selling the submarines, and that the decision to buy them was made over the objections of the defense establishment, including then defense minister Moshe Ya'alon.

You can read the rest @

In a related matter, if I were US President, I would order the US Navy to hunt down and sink these submarines. They are a threat to world peace and to the national security of the United States.

And since Israel refuses to submit their nuclear weapons program to international inspection and control, I would freeze all Israeli assets and stop all commerce with them, as required by US federal law.

Just saying.

Trade With China Literally Killing Us

Well, whaddya know?

White Americans without a college degree are becoming more likely to die in middle age, reversing decades of progress toward better health.

Researchers first noticed this worrisome trend last year. They pointed to increases in opioid abuse, obesity and suicide among the causes of death, but what caused these increases has remained something of a mystery.

This week, a pair of economists have advanced a new theory. They suggest that, for many workers, a major shift in the structure of the U.S. economy could have been fatal.

The researchers, Justin Pierce and Peter Schott, found evidence that trade with China has resulted in greater rates of suicide and poisonings (including fatal drug overdoses) after 2000, when President Clinton and Republican lawmakers allowed a major increase in imports.

Pierce and Schott suggest that as competition with Chinese manufacturing forced U.S. factories to close, many of the Americans who were laid off never got their lives back together. Instead, they fell into depression or addiction. White adults, in particular, suffered from the change in policy.

You can read the rest @

If this is true, it constitutes a powerful confirmation of Trump's position on trade.

Note well that the US (i.e., the powers that be in the US) wages war by exterminating the enemy. This was true in Vietnam, Iraq, and Russia ... and now the chickens have come home to roost - TPTB appear to be trying to kill off Christian white people right here in the USA.

Fight the powers that be - your very life depends on it:

Facebook Hogwild On Censorship

What hath Mark wrought? You can read about it in The New York Times:

Mark Zuckerberg, Facebook’s chief executive, has cultivated relationships with China’s leaders, including President Xi Jinping. He has paid multiple visits to the country to meet its top internet executives. He has made an effort to learn Mandarin.

Inside Facebook, the work to enter China runs far deeper.

The social network has quietly developed software to suppress posts from appearing in people’s news feeds in specific geographic areas, according to three current and former Facebook employees, who asked for anonymity because the tool is confidential. The feature was created to help Facebook get into China, a market where the social network has been blocked, these people said. Mr. Zuckerberg has supported and defended the effort, the people added.

You can read the rest @

Although this report is written from the perspective that "China is evil", note well that Facebook and Google are falling all over themselves to censor their US content, too:

They seem to have forgotten a very important principle:

“If liberty means anything at all, it means the right to tell people what they do not want to hear.”
George Orwell

The world is entering a very dark age, with the US at the forefront of the repression movement. And this has NOTHING to do with Trump. Rather it is the forces who wanted Hillary in the White House who are pushing this.

Will Trump Prosecute Hillary ???

Apparently the answer is NO:

President-elect Donald Trump won’t subject Hillary Clinton to a criminal inquiry - instead, he’ll help her heal, his spokeswoman said Tuesday.

“I think when the president-elect who’s also the head of your party ... tells you before he’s even inaugurated he doesn’t wish to pursue these charges, it sends a very strong message, tone and content, to the members,” Kellyanne Conway told the hosts of MSNBC’s “Morning Joe,” who first reported that the president-elect would not pursue his campaign pledge to “lock up” Clinton, his Democratic opponent.

  • No charges against Hillary

War On Cash Is Heating Up

I bet you forgot about this, but we soon will be reminded of it in a big way:

If you’re a large bank and you’re overleveraged due to excessive assets to capital ratios (particularly assets that are at risk of losing value or default) there are three key issues you need to control.

1) You need to be able to value your assets however you please.

2) You need access to liquidity without lowering you asset to capital ratios.

3) You need to be able to stop bank runs or capital flights.

The Central Banks have already fixed #1 and #2 by suspending “mark to market” accounting standards and implementing QE, respectively. And thanks to rehypothecation, banks can sell assets to Central Banks via QE and still use those same assets as collateral on their derivatives trades.

That leaves #3: capital flights.

At the end of the day, no matter how many tricks the Financial Elites employ via accounting gimmicks and QE programs, depositors can still choose to take their money out of the banks and transfer it to physical cash.

Hence the call for cash bans, particularly of large bills.

The bankgangsters are going to screw us again. They are nothing more than clever thieves. We should have put them in jail like Iceland did.

Is Julian Assange Dead ???

What has happened to the man who defeated Hillary Clinton?

The idea that Assange might have been assassinated isn’t so farfetched. While many people believe he is a hero who kept the incredibly corrupt Clinton family from returning to the White House, many people who are scared silly of him in positions of power believe otherwise.

Bob Beckel,  a strategist for the Democratic National Party and author of a book called (I couldn’t make this up) I Should Be Dead, suggested that someone should “illegally shoot the SOB” and Hillary Clinton apparently *joked* to advisors, “Can’t we just drone this guy?”

In the thought-provoking video below, Milo Yiannopoulos asks the question that has us all concerned: “Now that the U.S. election is over and the controversy surrounding Hillary Clinton has died down, Wikileaks co-founder Julian Assange is nowhere to be seen or heard. Is he even alive?”

You can read the rest and/or watch the video @

It would not surprise me if he were dead. Satan works in mysterious ways.

PayPal Supports Israeli Apartheid

And the beat goes on:

PayPal is one of the world’s most popular ways to send or receive money online, but Palestinians are cut out of the action.

Time magazine reported in January that PayPal has 179 million active accounts in dozens of countries, and PayPal payments are widely accepted in online marketplaces from eBay to Etsy.

To sign up, every user needs to have an account at a bank recognized by the service. Since PayPal doesn’t recognize any Palestinian banks, Palestinians are effectively prevented from using the service. Critics says this has impacted not just individuals, but burgeoning industries and even the broader Palestinian economy.

“PayPal’s absence is a major obstacle to the growth of Palestine’s tech sector and the overall economy,” Americans for a Vibrant Palestinian Economy, an NGO that promotes businesses in Palestine, wrote in an Aug. 23 open letter.

Aren't these "settlers" in fact terrorists? If they are, the US should seize PayPal's assets like we do with any other organization which supports terrorism.

Or should we keep pretending that the Israelis are not monsters?

Should The Pope Be Impeached ???

Here are the latest goings-on at the Vatican:

Apparently, Pope Francis has some explaining to do. At least that’s what four cardinals, led by American Raymond Leo Burke, say. Tired of the pontiff’s reliance on symbolism and individual interpretation of doctrine, Burke and his clan of clerics are demanding that Francis spell out what he really means on key issues like same-sex couples and divorced and married Catholics, essentially forcing him into a corner where he will be damned by one side or the other depending on what he says.

In September, the cardinals filed a list of dubia, or doubts, to Pope Francis and the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith about the pope’s apostolic exhortation Amoris Laetitia (The Joy of Love) in which he eased up on the church’s traditional teachings about marriage, which these critics say is leading the church toward “grave disorientation and great confusion.” When it became clear that Francis had no intention of parting the clouds, the cardinals went public with their action.

If he doesn’t respond, they have threatened to initiate a “formal act of correction of a serious error”—which would be something like a congressional hearing in the Curia to see if the pope needs to be admonished in some way. Francis cannot be impeached (thanks to the Canon principle Prima Sedes a nemine indicator, or “the first See is judged by no one”), but such measures, which have not been enacted in centuries, still spell trouble for the popular pope.

Vatican expert Edward Pentin, who writes for National Catholic Register and others, broke the story, which has sent shockwaves around Rome. Not only is it the biggest crisis of Francis’s papacy so far, Pentin says it could cause a schism among conservative and liberal cardinals.

“The four cardinals certainly hope for clarification, however that may come. They are genuinely concerned that the ambiguities, leading to multiple interpretations concerning a crucial issue for the church, are divisive, gravely disorienting, and so dangerous for souls,” Pentin told The Daily Beast. “They feel they had no alternative but to fulfill their duty as cardinals to make what they call ‘deep pastoral concerns’ public when Francis decided not to respond. They also argue this is crucial not for conservative Catholics, but Catholics as a whole, as it deals with the most valuable treasure the church has: the Eucharist, which Catholics believe to be the real body and blood of Christ.”

I agree with the four cardinals.

Underlying the controversy is the question whether this Pope is encouraging the lawlessness about which Saint Paul warned the church:

Now we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and by our gathering together unto him,
That ye be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the day of Christ is at hand.
Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;
Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.
2 Thessalonians 2:1-4 KJV

Let's hope not - the coming of the man of sin is the last thing we need right now.

By the way, a prominent Jewish rabbi recently proclaimed that homosexuality is punishable by death. You can read about it here:

Are the Bible and the Torah the Word of G-d or not? If they are (and I believe they are), then we need to follow them. And we need to question a Pope who appears to be saying they are not.

Good Riddance To TPP

The New York Times is still defending the dying TPP:

The limits of President Obama’s ability to reassure the world about America’s future role in the international sphere was apparent at the summit meeting of Asia-Pacific leaders in Lima, Peru, on Sunday. There is no way to ease the concerns of those leaders about America’s retreat from the 12-nation Trans-Pacific Partnership trade pact, a casualty of anti-globalization fervor, American politics and, in particular, the objections of President-elect Donald Trump, who has called it a “disaster.”

The presidential campaign focused on whether the deal, which would lower import duties and quotas, would benefit American workers. Mr. Trump said it would not and argued instead for a protectionist approach, including big tariffs that could end up inciting a trade war.

On Sunday, Mr. Obama again made the case that the trade agreement would be “a plus for America’s economy, for American jobs,” and failure to sign on to it “undermines our position across the region.” The Pacific Rim leaders urged the signatories to move ahead with the deal.

If done right, the pact could stimulate exports while helping to reduce environmental destruction and improve the lives of workers in countries like Brunei, Peru, Chile and Vietnam, which were part of the negotiation. For example, countries that signed the deal would have to adopt minimum wages, protect endangered species and agree not to discriminate against foreign businesses in the interest of domestic and state-owned firms.

The agreement, known as TPP, was intended to play a strategic role in American diplomacy. It was the economic linchpin of Mr. Obama’s effort to reaffirm the nation’s role as a Pacific power and counter the rising influence of China, which was not part of the negotiations. Washington’s abandonment of the pact is widely seen in the region as a blow to American prestige and an opening for China to negotiate trade rules, win friends among Asian nations and assert regional leadership.

Would TPP have done any of the things mentioned above? I doubt it. It WAS an attempt to further US hegemony, but is that what the people of the region want? You know they don't.

The next decade may in fact be America's swan song,  but if it is it will  be because We The People allowed bankgangsters, oligarchs, corporate CEOs, and their collaborators in the one percent to hijack our government and disregard what is best for the U S of A.

By the way, those who are whining about Trump mixing business with politics are hypocritical swine. How could TPP "play a strategic role in American diplomacy" when it was a corporate diktat in which the governments of the affected nations played no role other than to be coerced into rubber stamping the accord?

Bye, Bye Facebook

Mark Zuckerberg has a 7-point plan to eradicate "fake news". You can read about it here:

I have a better, single-point plan - AVOID FACEBOOK !!! Even the "valid" stuff on FB is just gibberish.

If you really have "friends" and relatives, go visit them in person. That is not only more satisfying, it also makes it harder for Zuckerberg and his ilk to spy on you and sell your personal information for their profit.

By the way, Mark, thanks for starting to wear a suit. It's emblematic of what you seem to have become - just another empty suit in love with his riches.

Will Trump Call A Constitutional Convention ???

Here is one of the scariest things I have read all year:

While controlling the White House and both chambers of Congress is nice, the Holy Grail of politics for many conservatives would be to assemble a constitutional convention - and now they are really close.

After all, any laws the GOP-dominated Congress passes next year and sends to President Donald Trump for his signature would still have to overcome pesky problems such as procedural hurdles in the Senate and a constitutional review by the courts. So wouldn’t it be nice to be able to skip that step and amend the Constitution directly without involving Washington politicians?

That dream is now within reach. When the state legislatures elected last week will convene, Republicans will control 33 of them. According to Article V of the Constitution, they only need one more to call for a constitutional convention.

While proponents of such a gathering proclaim that its scope could be limited to, for example, a balanced budget amendment or congressional term limits, nobody is actually sure how such a convention would work and what would happen.

And that should frighten Americans.

I'm not frightened because it's Trump who might do this; there is NO ONE whom I trust to revise my Constitution.

The so-called "problems" which some claim necessitate changing the US Constitution are red herrings. We got to where we are now NOT because that document is flawed or outdated, but because "our" leaders have refused to follow it - IN SPITE OF THEIR OATHS OF OFFICE.

No oath breaker should be allowed to serve in our government, let alone revise its fundamental structure.
