China seems to have plans which HELP people, while the USA seems to have plans which mainly THREATEN people. If you were on the receiving end, which would you prefer?
By the way, here is another example of what I mean - the USA just murdered Iranian military leaders in Iraq, and some have maintained the attack was prompted by a desire to keep Iraq from signing an agreement with China:

Iraqis probably wouldn't be seeking Chinese help if we hadn't destroyed their country and refused to rebuild it.
