I can tell you what they're NOT going to do - prevent its spread. It's "open borders" season for people, drugs, and diseases.
The ONLY way to prevent the spread of Disease X is STRICT quarantine, as in NO ENTRY FOR ANYONE OR ANYTHING, and that's not going to happen.
Start thinking Spanish Flu, because we're going to encounter something that disastrous sooner or later. And it may already be at our doorstep.
And keep in mind how the US responded to hurricanes and other recent natural disasters. FEMA and HS are clueless and impotent.
