Changing History

"History is more or less bunk," said Henry Ford.

Here, perhaps, is an example of what he meant:

Hitler never would have risen to the heights of power he achieved without the enthusiastic support of banks and corporations in the US and UK.

And the death camp at Auschwitz might not even have existed without the help of the Bush family:

Now we want to forget all that and blame WWII on the Russians. What a load of crap !!!

If it's that easy to ignore the facts, then all versions of history ought to be suspect.

By the way, Ford was a fan of Nazi Germany, but no doubt the tractor factories he built in the Soviet Union contributed to their success in driving the German armies out of Russia. When individuals and countries influence both sides of a conflict, who should get the credit and the blame?

Realistically, it is the US who should get the blame for starting WWII, and the Russians who should get the credit for ending it.
