Here are a few questions:
What led to this "human error"?
Wasn't the plane visible on air traffic control radar?
Isn't the radar signature of a drone or cruise missile different than that of a passenger jet?
Could its signature have been altered to make it look like a cruise missile?
If so, who could have done such a thing, and why?
