US Wants A Cashless World

I saw this today on the German Economic News website:

As part of the Catalyst project, the US government is working on the worldwide abolition of cash. The initiative could lead to the fact that in the end only the US dollar can be used as cash.

You can read the rest @

This brief article seems to be referring to the "Catalyst: Inclusive Cashless Payment Partnership" described in the following two reports:

https://www.usaid.gov/india/press-releases/oct-14-2016-usaid-launches-catalyst-drive-cashless-payments-india

and

http://www.globalresearch.ca/a-well-kept-open-secret-washington-is-behind-indias-brutal-demonetization-project/5566167

Something which immediately comes to mind is this:

And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads:
And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.
Revelation 13:16-17 KJV

Who is the real threat in today's world - the Russians and the Chinese, who want to maintain their sovereignty; or the US, which appears to be forcing the world into something suggestive of the global "beast system" described in the Book of Revelation?

I have two additional observations:

(a) Big Pharma often tests new drugs and vaccines in the Third World, using their citizens as guinea pigs. It's therefore not surprising the first big cashless experiment was conducted in India.

(b) When the powers that be get around to forcing the US itself to go cashless, it will cause catastrophic problems. Perhaps this would be a good time (i.e., before the deluge, not after) to get our ducks lined up.
