If this is true, the polonium most likely came from a nation with a nuclear program capable of producing it, such as:
- US
- UK
- France
- Israel
- Russia
- China
- India
- Pakistan
- North Korea
- and perhaps Iran
But which of these countries might want to kill Stone? I think the US and the UK are the most likely suspects, both in this case and in the case of Arafat. And should you really want to pin this down, take a hard look at the CIA. This is the kind of crap they do.
Yet another reason they should be abolished.
