But what if it's true?
Lee Harvey Oswald had government handlers.

Timothy McVeigh said he was working for the government.
Ted Kaczynski was a participant in CIA's MKUltra mind control project.
What if (and I admit it's a BIG if) the US government actually is behind such attacks? How could We The People possibly stop them?
