Was Fired AG A Phony ???

When questioned by Senator Sessions, she said this:

“Senator, I believe the attorney general or the deputy attorney general has an obligation to follow the law and the Constitution and to give their independent legal advice to the president,” Yates replied.

Really? Shouldn't that advice be given face-to-face and NOT in a press release?

Where was acting AG Yates when her former boss met with Bill Clinton to get his advice? And where was she when AG Lynch and FBI Director Comey declined to prosecute Hillary Clinton when it was OBVIOUS from the facts that Clinton had broken several laws?

I think Ms. Yates' sudden "moral rectitude" is politically motivated and phony. What do you think?

And by the way, her "obligation to follow the law and the Constitution" is not a "belief", it is the essence of her oath of office.

Trump broke no law. Her "legal advice" was BS.
