Keep in mind that the mayor of the Windy City is none other than Obama ad-Dajjal's bosom buddy and former White House Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel. In addition to "oversight" of the Chicago Police Force, the Emanuel family is responsible in part for the disaster known as the ObamaDon'tCare Program and the filth that oozes out of Hollywood:

They ... were spanked periodically by a mother whose angry outbursts would lead her to yell “I hate all of you equally.”
Isn't that one of today's cherished dogmas, that spanking a child turns him into a twisted adult? Could the Emanuel brothers be proof of this?
