What a load of crap !!!

Unions did not repeal Glass-Steagall or turn banks into casinos.

Unions did not invent or implement interest rate swaps.

Unions did not turn the US into a warfare state.

Unions did not loot the Social Security Trust Fund.

Unions did not invent or use junk bonds to take over corporations and loot their pension funds.

Unions did not force CEOs to give themselves huge salary increases and other perks while laying off their employees.

Unions did not invent or buy derivatives.

Unions did not invent or implement globalization.

Now ... if you want to believe that globalization is good and "isolationism" is bad, then you'll probably also buy into the crap the above report is shoveling.

But if you realize that our economy and its defenses were deliberately wrecked by greedy people who, among other things, were determined to bust the unions and throw Americans out of work for their own benefit ... then you'll know what really happened and who really is to blame.
