Here is a report in The New York Times about America's most successful business - drug trafficking:
http://www.nytimes.com/2014/05/20/nyregion/new-york-is-a-hub-in-a-surging-heroin-trade.html
The people want drugs ... so the traffickers do everything necessary to meet the demand:
Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night nor DEA nor FBI nor Coast Guard nor Congress nor troopers nor cops stays these couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds.
Why can't our government be this efficient and successful? After all, with the exception of the cartels themselves our narco-democracy and its financial system are the chief beneficiaries of the drug trade. One would think they would eventually learn something from their drug dealing benefactors.
