Israel's Nuclear Enabler

This op-ed piece in The New York Times claims that China is enabling North Korea's nuclear weapons program:

What is equally true is that the US is enabling Israel's nuclear weapons program. They could not have it without US support.

And it is a falsehood to believe that Israel's weapons are not a threat to world peace.
