According to one source, the complete total
of U.S. grants and loan guarantees to Israel for fiscal year 1997 was
$5,525,800,000. They received different amounts in other years, but it works
out to somewhere between $500 to $1,000 per Israeli citizen per year for quite some time.
But to them the life of an American citizen is worth $1.
