Courts vs. the CIA

Some people think this is a victory, but I do not:

All this means is that if forced to reveal such documents the CIA will destroy them, and as has happened in the past no one will be held accountable.

We'd have been much better off if JFK had survived and had disbanded the CIA as he said he would. Even better, they should all be prosecuted for their crimes. Turn them over to the ICC, too.

But don't hold your breath, since the CIA appears to have been functioning as the Murder Inc. of the ruling class for quite some time.
