Dumb, dumber, and dumbest

Actor Jim Carrey apparently does not like the owners of assault rifles:

Why does anyone listen to actors on this issue anyway? As a group they are among the greatest purveyors of violent images in our society.

I think its fair to ask, "What sort of protection does Mr. Carrey have for himself and his family?"

Hopefully, he is not as hypocritical as New York City Mayor Bloomberg, about whom The New York Times had the following to say:

Guns are largely forbidden in Bermuda — even most police officers do not use them — but the mayor’s guards have special permission to carry weapons.

You guessed it: you should be disarmed, but the Mayor should be well protected. Why? 'Cause he's rich?

Actually, the "dumbest" group in this trilogy is we the militia, who are still tolerating these gun-grabbing morons. Hey, Mr. Bloomberg, the people will give up their guns when you and your goons give up theirs. Fair enough?
