This story is symbolic of what is wrong with "our" police:

First, they throw out the neighbor who could have defused the situation without violence (probably because he was not a "professional" negotiator). Then they start harassing an apparently disturbed man. Finally, because they're afraid of his scissors, they shoot him to death.
Of course they need armed drones. How else can they feel safe while murdering us with impunity?
