The interesting sentence is this one, "A special
facility ... is providing a safe haven for the primates, many of which arrive
with behavioural problems."
You think? They're tortured in medical experiments, so many
of them have behavior problems? Like maybe ALL OF THEM have a bad attitude? Gee, I wonder why!
Any chance this is why our children have "behavior
problems", because our school systems treat them like apes and run psychological experiments on them?
At least the government is providing a retirement plan for the chimps, which is a lot more than our children will receive.
