The large banks only benefit oligarchs and money launderers. Let them fail.
We need to go back to sovereign nation-states following strict rules of international law. If the oligarchs, the rest of the ruling class, and their accomplices in the one percent don't like that, we have lots of prison cells where they could live. They are a much greater threat to the public safety than the drug users currently incarcerated there.
