The logical flaw of gun control

There is a logical flaw in all gun control arguments. For the 2nd Amendment to make any sense, the ultimate decision on what arms to keep and bear belongs to the people themselves. It may in fact belong to each individual. For any other individual or group to say "you cannot have so-and-so weapon" infringes on that basic right. The wording of the amendment is such that NO ENTITY, not Congress, not the President, not your mayor, not your neighbors, in short no person or group of persons has the Constitutional authority to infringe upon that right. The only way to legally do so would be to amend the Constitution first. To do that would constitute throwing in the towel, and whether it's a good idea or not it would fundamentally change the theoretical balance of power in favor of the oligarchs who are trying to run this planet. Do you trust the oligarchs? All Indian tribes who were disarmed by the US were subsequently either slaughtered or starved to death and their wealth was stolen. Anyone want to join them?
