Here is a so-called Manifesto for the USA. It's in three parts, although more may be written in the future:

It contains some wonderful ideas for achieving social justice.
But it lacks a crucial element - a believable plan for how we can afford any of this. In reality the USA no longer has a tax base. Until one can be created, this "manifesto" is just a pipe dream.
And if you think such a tax base can be generated by seizing people's property and businesses, you've got another think coming. That's been tried before, and we all know what happened to the former USSR.
