More saber rattling by SecDef James Mattis:
Mattis in particular was keen on the establishment of new sea-launched nuclear cruise missiles in his comments, insisting those in particular would give the US great leverage over the Russians, and that the US could force the Russians to make all sorts of concessions in return for not developing such weapons.

Yes Jimmy, it's fun to shoot some people. But if you keep poking the Russian bear he's going to kick your ass.
The only concessions you're going to get from the Russians will come from honoring the treaties and agreements signed by our past presidents.
And trust me when I say the world does NOT need more nuclear weapons and their delivery vehicles.
