Are Whistleblowers Spies ???

Reality Winner is in a heap of trouble:

Two interesting things about this:

1. The Intercept ratted her out, and
2. The Intercept now controls all the Snowden docs which were never released (and probably never will be).

We're being treated to movies about the "courage" displayed by the The Washington Post, when it published the Pentagon Papers, at the same time the government is prosecuting whistleblowers of lesser stature. Why is that? Is it because Jeff Bezos now owns the WP?

Assange, Manning, and Snowden arguably are heroes. How about Reality Winner?

Or are we now supposed to believe that the MSM are the real heroes, and that the whistleblowers are just spies we should revile?
