I think the US Supreme Court agrees with her. Didn't they maintain that forcing people to pay for ObamaDon'tCare was just another "tax"?
In the US, privileges are taxed, while rights are not. There is no "free speech" tax or poll tax, is there?
Health care is a privilege. Case closed.
