The vaccine court and autism

You should watch this 10+ minute video about the vaccine court and autism. It is quite revealing concerning how your government operates to protect corporations instead of protecting real people:

Also read the following, and then ask yourself why people injured by vaccines should not have the right to a trial by jury. Congress will say that it's to ensure a reliable vaccine supply, but do we the people want a "reliable" supply that fries our children's brains?

US Constitution, Seventh Amendment
In Suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury, shall be otherwise re-examined in any Court of the United States, than according to the rules of the common law.

By the way, the video's claim that this all started in 1986 is technically correct but misleading. An earlier example of the government concealing vaccine injury from the public was associated with the Cutter Incident in 1955:

Then, as now, the US government believed that it was more important to vaccinate all children than it was to be open and truthful with the public.

My question is this: Instead of having a vaccine court, why not allow (as the Constitution requires) trial by jury for injured parties AND have the government indemnify the vaccine manufacturers for their losses? Wouldn't that be the decent thing to do?
