The return of debtors' prisons

Another sad, sick occurrence in the USA - the return of debtors' prisons:

Americans love to PUNISH each other, regardless of the illegality or the injustice of their punishments.

G-d warned Adam and Eve NOT to do such a thing:

But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die.

Genesis 2:17 KJV

Every day, in many ways, we continue to eat the fruit of this wicked tree. Like Eve, we would rather listen to Satan than to G-d.
