The power of this unaccountable "bank" is best illustrated by its success in preventing the oversight demanded by Representative Ron Paul and in derailing his presidential aspirations. True, it was their sock puppets in business, government, and the MSM who derailed Dr. Paul, but clearly the strings of those sock puppets are pulled by the moneybags behind the throne. As banker Mayer Amschel Bauer Rothschild once said:

Give me control of a nation's money and I care not who makes it's laws.

One of the greatest failures of our political system in my lifetime is that we did not elect Dr. Paul to be our president. He is one of the few persons of national prominence who might have been able to prevent the economic disaster which is waiting for us right around the corner.
