Nearly 100 years ago, the US Senate rejected the League of Nations because it would have reduced our nation's sovereignty.
Following WW2, the United Nations did get approved by the US, but it was supposed to be a federalist system of like-minded sovereigns. US dominance over the Security Council wrecked the implementation of that concept.
But real financial and political power stems from the ability to tax, and this latest deal (if adopted) represents a new ball game in global governance. And if we are to believe the words of Benito Mussolini, our new global government will be FASCIST:
"Fascism should more appropriately be called Corporatism because it is a merger of state and corporate power."
So we fought WWII for NOTHING, at least nothing which will benefit We the People. A system benefiting the living dead (corporations) soon will call the shots in all important matters of public policy.
