Guns On Robodogs

According to this report, some geniuses are putting guns on robodogs:

I have often written about the dangers of doing such things and how it will lead to something like "Skynet". Others have made such warnings, too ... but apparently no one is listening.

This can only be stopped NOW, not after Skynet becomes self aware, so it should be no surprise where this is headed.
