Once again, the poor suffer for the benefit of the rich.
We can expect this kind of nonsense to expand to other countries as First World nations continue trying to meet unachievable climate change goals.
By the way, Namibia is one of the world’s largest producers of uranium. It appears that most of that uranium goes to China, which unlike Germany doesn't seem ready to shut down its nuclear power stations.
