The Reality Of Contact Tracing

Some are saying contact tracing via Bluetooth might be unreliable:

In case you didn't know, the US uses methods no more reliable than that (and some would argue a lot LESS reliable) to decide which "terrorists" to kill with Hellfire missiles. I say if it's good enough for killing, it should be good enough for saving us. Or should we just keep killing the wrong people because that's the best we can do?
