Well, there is no evidence the post-9/11 anthrax spores were made by Dr. Bruce Ivins, but the FBI drove him to suicide anyway.
And there is no evidence Lyme disease leaked from the US government lab at Plum Island, either; even though the lab is right across Long Island Sound from Lyme, CT.
And there was no evidence the US government caused the Skull Valley sheep kill ... until the US Army finally admitted it.
Top secret programs are just that ... TOP SECRET. The details don't just "leak out", unless some bigwig wants them to.
