That's a sick joke, right?
Most of our "leaders" want him silenced, and many of them want him dead - that's why.
It says a lot about our mythical "freedom of speech and press" when the powers that be want to restore Jim Acosta's press privileges at the same time they want Julian Assange to be tortured.
People like Acosta are rewarded handsomely for telling lies, while people like Assange are persecuted for telling the truth. This is no democracy - the US is becoming worse than Nazi Germany.

But it's not the only threat. ALL independent journalists and those who publish via social media have been under attack for months, if not years. And no one seems to really care.
The US government CANNOT police itself, and it REFUSES to obey our constitution or international law. Without organizations like Wikileaks, we'll never again get to discover what crimes our leaders have committed.
