However, I believe it is an act of DESPERATION. What else can people do when their economies and homes are destroyed by neoliberal globalism and "humanitarian interventions"?
You want to solve this problem? Doing so will require a drastic curtailment in the human population, a willingness to let people make their own choices, and an acknowledgement that natural resources belong to the people of this earth, not to some rich bastards who think they own everything.
And YES, the rich will have to take a pay cut. A BIG pay cut.
