Travis County [Texas] will have a voting system with a paper trail by the November 2019 election. County commissioners Tuesday approved purchasing the electronic voting system with paper backup for about $8.2 million. The county will be among the first in the nation to commit to rigorous statistical auditing using that backup.

This is the NUMBER ONE thing which needs to be done to secure our electoral process.
The number two thing would be to put Hillary Clinton and her coterie in jail, but that probably won't happen, either.
