Who Should Replace McCain

Here is a discussion of who should replace John McCain in the US Senate:

In my view, McCain's political legacy (whatever that is) should have nothing to do with it. Considering the purpose of the Senate, the sole question should be "who would be best for the State of Arizona?"

And since I am not a resident of Arizona, I have no idea who that might be.
