Freedom of association should include freedom of disassociation, but I don't think the general public would agree with what this group plans to do:

I won't be moving there. It's an interesting idea, but this compound will easily be overwhelmed when the government chooses to do so.
In today's political climate, "not sharing" and "white separatism" are bad ideas.
