It is pure, unadulterated horse shit. Nearly every word he said has been repudiated by his actions over the past four years. Does he want us to believe that this is a brand new Obama ad-Dajjal?
Look back on this moment every day of the next four years to see how many more promises he can break.
And why two Bibles? He could swear on a stack of them and I still would not believe a word he says.
Of course, he does have the perfect excuse: the oath contains the disclaimer "to the best of my Ability", and clearly he's been doing the best he can.
