In all likelihood, this will be "created" fiat money backed by nothing other than empty promises to save our planet. The elite will reap HUGE profits, while We the People will foot the bill in the form of a steep devaluation of our currency, possibly obscured by a transition to digital currencies.
Anyone who thinks any of this is a good idea is out of their minds. And if you believe TPTB can be trusted with this kind of money, you must have been asleep for the past several decades.
