Beagle Karma ???

You've probably seen stories like this one about Dr. Fauci's beagle experiments:

Years ago I met the veterinarian who at the time ran a facility at which Pfizer experimented on beagles. He seemed like a normal person (i.e., not a monster), but to paraphrase Hannah Arendt sometimes evil can appear quite banal.

The one thing I remember most is that he had no arms. Don't know if he was born that way or lost them in an accident (I didn't ask).

Looking back, I can't help thinking it somehow was related to karma.
