What a moron!

In a former life I processed at least two air pollution permits for the SPR. As I recall, there was an inconsistency between the two - the estimated emissions were significantly different when I thought they ought to have been the same. I cannot remember how (or if) we resolved that inconsistency, but it did make me suspicious about what really goes on at SPR.

Anyway, releasing this latest batch of oil is a PR stunt which wouldn't make much difference even if it didn't benefit China and India. The US consumes about 18 million barrels per day, so this batch represents less than 3 days worth.

And by the way, the last time I looked oil leases in the Gulf of Mexico were owned mainly by Canadian oil companies. So we may not even benefit financially from the sale of that oil.

I wonder if our Secretary of Energy knows any of that.

Here's a question for ya - why are we putting sour crude into the SPR? If it's harder to refine, wouldn't that be a problem in a REAL crisis? My guess is someone decided we could have a larger inventory and spend less money by buying crappier crude. That sounds like a bad idea to me.

I am not a fan of Philip K. Dick. Usually when I read or watch something by him it does not appeal to me. But somehow this particular image does.

Many things about this "pandemic" are strange. Lately, the strangest is this:

• Up to now, Africa did no lockdowns and very little vaccination. And the rates of infection and death in Africa have been extremely low compared to Western nations.
• But all of a sudden a highly mutated strain of the virus appears in Africa, conveniently seeming to support the theory that the un-vaxxed are a threat to the vaxxed.

Did the omicron strain evolve "naturally", or did someone (Ubik?) create it for just this purpose?

Yesterday I visited a close relative who is a world-class expert on ACE-2. One of our recurring discussions involves the question of how a virus evolves. According to him, viruses are not "living" organisms and only survive if they can inhabit a host. That tells me that the virus and we humans exist together somewhere in the spectrum of parasitism, commensalism, and mutualism:

The virus thrives when it can infect a host without killing it too quickly (or not at all). The host thrives when the virus serves some beneficial purpose (e.g., when it stimulates our immune system to help us survive other pathogens).

Apparently, SARS-CoV-2 could be beneficial if we just stopped this "vaccine" experiment and allowed the general population to develop natural immunity to it. But someone has decided to prevent that from happening, injecting us instead with a concoction which seems to help destroy our immune system. This makes the virus a parasite, and the "mandates" of whoever is pulling our strings will guarantee the relationship never becomes mutualism.

Unless ... killing off the host is somehow considered to be "beneficial". And that's exactly what Bill Gates, Dr. Fauci, and the cull-the-herd faction appear to believe.

So, is Ubik directing the continuation of this "pandemic" or is everything happening by chance? We the People do not have the tools needed to answer such a question, and apparently TPTB have no intention of trying to answer it for us.

The bottom line for me is this:

• If we couldn't develop natural immunity on our own, our species would not exist. So why are we trying to destroy it?
• And why are ALL the organs of government, press, and corporate power supportive of such destruction? Is it because of the power of Ubik, whom some know as Satan?

The Coming Ukraine War

Here are two reasons I believe reports like this to be misleading:

1. If there is a coup we should be concerned about, it is the US-backed coup which overthrew the government of Ukraine and led to this mess.

2. If there is anyone who should be dissuaded from starting a war in Ukraine, it is the US and the deep state warhawks who control our foreign policy.

The Russians have clearly stated what the problems are and where the red lines exist. If the US chooses to ignore their warnings, the outcome should surprise no one. The only real unknowns are these:

• Which side will get their ass kicked, and how badly?
• Will all this lead to a wider war, perhaps one which goes nuclear?

Hitler thought he could defeat Russia, but he and his country got destroyed in the process. Do you really believe we could do better? And even if we could, what's the point? Don't US oligarchs already have enough money?

The literal father of nuclear power in America, ADM Hyman G. Rickover, had this experience with reactors cooled by liquid sodium:

The US Navy once used a sodium-moderated reactor, in USS Seawolf (SSN-575), but replaced it almost immediately and abandoned the concept. According to ADM Rickover, such reactors were "expensive to build, complex to operate, susceptible to prolonged shutdown as a result of even minor malfunctions, and difficult and time-consuming to repair."

Believe me, if Rickover's organization with some of the top minds in the field could not make sodium cooled reactors work, the folks in the Gates organization are unlikely to do any better.

US nuclear steam system suppliers like GE and Westinghouse have had workable, modern light water reactor plant designs available for years. For Gates et al. to ignore them to go down this road tells me that nuclear power may NEVER see a renaissance in America. By the time Gates gets his "molten salt" plant built, let alone operational, we'll be in an energy crunch like nothing we've ever even imagined. Then what'll we do?

Stop believing amateurs and billionaires with no expertise in the pet projects they foist on the rest of us. We need true experts with proven records of accomplishment to run such programs. Where the hell are they? I know there are some in China and Russia, but I don't think they'll be working for us. Especially not if Biden and crew keep goading their nations into war.

I won't argue with these maxims, but I would like to point out two things about them:

I re-watched the 1964 movie "Fail Safe" last night. Stars Henry Fonda, Walter Matthau, and Larry Hagman, with Dom DeLuise in a support role. It's an excellent anti-nuke weapons film, and much more realistic than "Doctor Strangelove".

What surprises me the most is that today, with the danger of accidental nuclear war worse than at any time since the 60s, there is absolutely nothing about this topic in the MSM. Nothing. They're either brain dead or complicit, and in either case we may be sleep walking into oblivion.

Yes, capturing CO2 emissions may be a good idea, but destroying farmland to do it sounds like a giant mistake. Why couldn't this be done using Elon Musk's boring machines WITHOUT disturbing the farms at the surface?

And while we're on the subject, is large scale carbon capture and sequestration even feasible? I personally witnessed the evolution of two projects related to this technology:

1. One was a system to capture and sequester CO2 emissions at a fossil fuel power plant by turning them into solids. I think the pilot project worked, but as far as I know no one scaled it up to the size needed to make a difference for "climate change". And this was one of the EPA's pet projects.

2. The second was an underground site to sequester CO2 gas, which I assume is the type of facility this planned pipeline would feed. EPA studies showed the storage "vault" definitely was prone to leakage, and the higher the pressure the more it leaked.

While it's not an exact analogy, similar flaws have been experienced in the capture and storage of nuclear wastes. One of the best storage sites in the nation (the Barnwell site in South Carolina, surrounded by miles of fine, absorbent clay deposited by the Savannah River) was supposed to last for eons, but started leaking after less than 100 years. No matter where we pump CO2 underground, it's coming back out eventually. The only unknown is "how soon".

Apparently billion$ and trillion$ will be spent on BBB, but will any of this stuff work? If the "vaccine" program is any indication, we're it for a real shock.

The Sin Of Omission

At first glance, it appears TPTB had the opportunity to champion ivermectin as an effective early treatment drug for COVID-19, but chose not to do so. I know through a close relative that many labs were searching for existing drugs to use against SARS-CoV-2, but apparently none were found ... or were found and then ignored, as was ivermectin. We may never know exactly why, and maybe they thought there was a good reason ... even though I fail to see how that could be possible.

Best case, they just failed to follow up on what could have been very promising treatments. Worst case, they intentionally ignored ivermectin so they could make more money on "vaccines" and new drugs. Whatever the case, hundreds of thousands of deaths might have been prevented AND effective treatments could have been devised which avoided the side effects of the current so-called "vaccines" and would have been effective against future variants of the virus.

Knowing this, how can we possibly ever again trust Big Med and Big Pharma? And why should we believe the BS continually spewed at us by the MSM?

Someone seems to think we have a nearly infinite capacity to support a yet to be defined number of people. Well, they're wrong. There obviously are limits to growth (as both Thomas Malthus and the Club of Rome, among others, have pointed out). At some point, the deluge of refugees will overwhelm our resources, and then what?

"Climate change" is often blamed for the current number of global refugees, but I strenuously disagree with that assessment. NA/SA migration appears to be driven mainly by the destruction NAFTA and other US driven interference caused to regional economies, while migration into the EU clearly has been driven by the destruction of nations like Iraq, Libya, Syria, and numerous others in Africa and the Middle East by the US and its allies. This entire "it's all climate change" narrative is BS, but apparently it will continue as long as it benefits the likes of the WEF and others with globalist ambitions.
