And Then They Came For You

Here is a warning from "Barrett Wilson" (a pseudonym):

I drive food delivery for an online app to make rent and support myself and my young family. This is my new life. I once had a well paid job in what might be described as the social justice industry. Then I upset the wrong person, and within a short window of time, I was considered too toxic for my employer’s taste. I was publicly shamed, mobbed, and reduced to a symbol of male privilege. I was cast out of my career and my professional community. Writing anything under my own byline now would invite a renewal of this mobbing - which is why, with my editor’s permission, I am writing this under a pseudonym.

This should remind you of the famous poem by Pastor Martin Niemöller:

First they came for the Socialists, and I did not speak out - Because I was not a Socialist.

Then they came for the Trade Unionists, and I did not speak out - Because I was not a Trade Unionist.

Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out - Because I was not a Jew.

Then they came for me - and there was no one left to speak for me.

People, what is happening in the US today is a perfect parallel to what happened in Germany in the 1930s. About the only difference is the level of violence, but that could change in an instant.

And don't believe it when they tell you that Trump is the cause. This is a result of the identity politics championed by people like Obama ad-Dajjal and Hillary Clinton, and which were explosively enabled by social surveillance corporations like Facebook and Google.

We all will live to regret what these monsters have done to us.
