Should this report be accurate, Julian Assange almost certainly will be captured by the US and tried for espionage (assuming he does not die while being rendered and "interrogated"):

Are "life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness" still worth fighting for, or are they outdated concepts which should be abandoned?
So far, I think the "abandon them" crowd is winning.
