Note the focus is a military one, as should be expected in a Pentagon video.
But ask yourself, what is the US NON-MILITARY response to this expected phenomenon? There does not appear to be one.
Conclusion? The US considers megacities to be a threat, pure and simple. We won't be helping; we'll only be reacting to the threat.
